Who is GreyFace?
My name is Bart, but you can call me GreyFace. I am a professional computer programmer and entrepreneur with experience in many different specialties and markets. I have been either the sole author or primary inventor of devices and systems ranging from Natural Language database search engines (now in use by AT&T for their telephone support operations) to advanced Computerized Video Surveillance and Tracking systems (in use by the military) to end-user programs you may have encountered on your own computer. In the past 20 years, if it had a computer inside it ... chances are I've worked on it.

GreyFace Productions is an outgrowth of my experience supporting and helping others use and enjoy their computer and the Internet. Over the years I have realized that most problems encountered can be overcome with just a little guidance and the occasional gentle nudge.
