Title

Congressional Green Sheets: environment, energy and natural resource news from Congress

Description

Excerpted from the website description:

Congressional Green Sheets provides objective analysis of environment, energy and natural resource issues. Congressional Green Sheets' services were developed by members of Congress for their own use, and for 20 years were provided from an office within Congress known as the Environmental and Energy Study Conference. In January 1995, the Study Conference staff, with the cooperation of the Senators and Representatives who governed the Study Conference, formed Congressional Green Sheets to privatize the Study Conference's services. On Dec. 31, 2004, Congressional Quarterly acquired the Congressional Green Sheets publications. Among the issues Congressional Green Sheets covers are: appropriations, the budget, conservation, fossil fuels, hydropower, nuclear waste, renewables, electric utilities, air pollution, biotechnology, drinking water, greenhouse, climate, groundwater, oil spills, pesticides, solid waste, agriculture, wildlife, ecosystems, biodiversity, coasts, fisheries, forests, marine mammals, mining, minerals, oceans, parks, public lands, soil, trails, wetlands, rivers and wilderness.
