After one of the co-founders, April was diagnosed with Lupus, a disease known for suddenly and devestatingly striking young African-American women, she knew that her life would never be the same. After recently graduating and wholeheartedly looking forward to a fast-paced career in Psychology, April knew those dreams would have to take a serious halt. Along with help and encouragement from her older sister Kristi, April realized her dreams weren't over and neither was her life, it was only the Lord's way of intervening and reminding her who really was in charge. April and Kristi were in the mall one day and deciced to go pick up some nalia in their hometown of Little Rock, AR. NOT! The white salesperson was not very willing to serve April or Kristi, both members of NPHC Sororities! After leaving the store with disgust, the two ladies began to discuss the reason why the largest paraphernalia shop around was operating and making dollars off traditionally Black Organizations, whose sole reason of founding was to promote the race in times of history where we weren't even considered a person. So from a mere idea, became what is known today as, Greektastics, a company whose products would be a reflection of Unity, Peace, and Promotion of African-American Success. Greektastics is a company that caters to all.
