Who we are
Understanding what students and graduates want is key to our business and is reflected in our organisation. All our consultants are experienced graduates who understand our candidates career objectives and represent their applications in a professional manner. Similarly on the client side we are able to complement all recruitment and selection procedures, standards and requirements.
"I work across many sectors, but tend to specialise in IT, finance and marketing. I have over four years experience in IT recruitment and have had success with three of the big four consultancies during my time in recruitment. I also work with several software houses and have three major finance clients (in insurance and banking). I spent four years in marketing earlier in my career. This gives me a good understanding of what graduates looks for in marketing roles and the qualities my clients look for in marketing or advertising candidates."
