- The Goal Kick LLC started in 2001 to fufil the needs of the youth soccer players and familys in Northwest Iowa. The original program was started by running an indoor soccer facility leased through the city of Spencer in an unused airport hanger......a town which has snow for 5 months of the year. Inside the airport hanger, a store was initiated with the idea to provide soccer shoes and shinguards to the participants. In 2003, the store was in such high demand that a new location was needed, we inturn moved into a storefront with an embroidery driven business in North Spencer.
