(Binghamton, NY) Twenty-three Broome County individuals accused of various charges of welfare fraud are scheduled to appear in Binghamton City Court beginning today. Broome County Government Director of Security James D. Dadamio says that upon investigating reported allegations of fraud and abuse, the Security Division’s Case Integrity Unit arrested and charged the following individuals with various welfare fraud crimes.
