Our core business in safeguarding clients' businesses. GMH appreciates that business continuity planning (BCP) is one of the many components of a corporate risk management program. Hence BCP must be implemented in the context of risk management and the overall objective of protecting the company's reputation. For this reason, we focus on vulnerabilities with a potentially severe impact on our client's business and recommend solutions that are based on business-oriented considerations.
Our approach is based on the "Professional Practices for Business Continuity Planners", which is jointly endorsed by two governing bodies - Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) International, US, and the Business Continuity Institute (BCI), UK.
At GMH, we provide clients with lead consulting expertise in specialist areas of business continuity, disaster recovery and risk management. We do this by sharing knowledge and skills with our clients, and by actively engaging them in the consultative process.
