- Business owners, Gary and Lisa Plath bring a vast variety of experience to G & L Paint Specialist. Gary has multiple years of experience in retail management. Lisa has been a licensed cosmetologist. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of IMPACT Leadership Resources, a local non-profit leadership organization. In the past, both have served their community as volunteer coaches for children’s sports teams at the local YMCA for many years. Both are graduates from local high schools. Gary and Lisa have been married for over 16 years and they are the proud parents of three wonderful children.
