Glow Imagery is owned by its chief photographer Chris Cummins. Chris was raised in Olathe, Kan. Chris graduated from the University of Missouri School of Journalism with a degree in photojournalism in 1996. For five years Chris worked as a publications photojournalist for daily newspapers in Iowa, Indiana and North Carolina. He has earned several awards and quarterly clip contests throughout his career. In 2003, weary of the increasingly difficult environment newspapers faced, Chris yearned for new challenges outside of the newspaper world and decided to go into business for himself. Wanting to ply his talents for soon-to-be-married couples, Chris moved back to his hometown of Kansas City to open Glow Imagery.
