On any given day, Milo Paich might be designing a business simulation, facilitating a senior management session, crafting a brand strategy or developing a learning activity. As principal consultant of GlobeThink®, he works as advisor, coach and content provider to clients.

A senior VP, merger transition executive and marketing executive before founding GlobeThink in 1993, Milo has worked with organizations including American Express, Amoco, Anheuser-Busch, Bank of America, Bank of Montreal, Beckman Coulter, British Columbia Government, The Brooks Group, Business Intelligence Institute, CalPERS, Cargill, Delta Air Lines, Electronic Selection Systems, FedEx, FHLB-Atlanta, General Motors, Hay Group, KB Homes, Kimberly-Clark, Michelin, Monsanto, Pepsi Bottling Group, Pfizer, Proudfoot Consulting, Roche Labs, Southern Bell, Sterling Institute, Transitions Optical, Tricon-YUM Brands, and Wabtec.

In a strategic partnership with Paradigm Learning, Milo designed the Countdown™ project team simulation, in use worldwide as a key training tool for project teams since 1999. In 2003, he designed and taught a Strategic Brand Management module for the EMBA program at the Helsinki School of Economics. In 2004 he co-designed Paradigm Learning's Right Turns™ game of organizational change readiness.
