Global Paranormal Network was created on April 21, 2009 by Chuck Manning in an attempt to help bring information about the paranormal to him. He spent weeks trying to find specific information on paranormal topics. He determined that it was going to be nearly impossible to find what he needed to know. He decided that what the paranormal community needed was a place to go to where you could find the information easily.
