Description
Glenbrook Day Camp is the summer program of Willowgrove, a private, not-for-profit, charitable organization well known for its quality programs. Since 1968, Willowgrove has offered camping, education and recreation programs all year-round for the community and beyond.
Situated north of Markham, Ontario, on McCowan Road, Glenbrook Day Camp offers more than 100 acres of rural adventure including a forest, a 2 1/2-acre pond, two heated swimming pools, playgrounds, quality sports facilities, heritage farm buildings and many indoor areas for when the weather doesn't cooperate. A clear stream dissects the property and shade abounds throughout the program area. Many large grass fields leave children with the sense of space and an appreciation of nature. Glenbrook is hosted by an actual working farm with a full complement of livestock... cows, sheep, pigs and "Stilts" the donkey.
