2005 graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Chef Will splits his week working at Ana Sortun's highly acclaimed Cambridge restaurant, OLEANA and The Herb Lyceum.

A two month all expense paid trip to wineries in California, Italy and France has given Chef Will an appreciation and insight into matching wines and food.

Guida Ponte has a comprehensive knowledge of gourmet cooking for a variety of different cultures, she has an award-winning reputation for pleasing the most discriminating of palates and she has an uninterrupted record of success in showcasing exquisite, original, and classic gourmet delicacies. Chef Ponte brings over 18 years of sophisticated culinary experience to the Lyceum including organizing and preparing menus for two Presidential Inaugurations. A native of the Azores, Guida has among other experiences, worked with Paul Prudhomme www.chefpaul.com, has been nominated Top Female Chef in Boston, 1996, is a member of the prestigious Les Dames d'Escoffier, and was Guest Chef on the Phantom Gourmet.
