Chef(s) are 140.00/ 5 hours minimum and servers are 70.00/ 5 hours minimum (This includes set up and breakdown time) Additional Staff are required for large events over 100 or events in sand and are charged according to time spent on the event with a minimum of (140.00/ 5 hours) per required or requested staff.
