GeoAnalytica™ was founded in 2003 by Doug Evans and David Hansen. The company's mission is to develop and make available software, tools, and services which simplify and improve the management of municipal water systems.
Doug Evans
Doug Evans is President of GeoAnalytica™ and the creator of WATER Power Tools™. With over twenty years of experience in managing and operating municipal water systems, Doug is a national leader in the science of water development and delivery. He has drawn on his extensive background and knowledge to create WATER Power Tools™, a unique, single-source repository of programs and tools for managing and operating municipal water systems. Doug is also an expert on water system security and has written papers and made presentations on how to better secure our nation's water systems.
David Hansen
David Hansen is Vice President of GeoAnalytica™ and is responsible for the company's business operations and marketing efforts. David is a CPA with masters degrees in Tax Accounting from Brigham Young University and in Journalism and Public Affairs from the American University. David has worked as a Legislative Assistant and as Director of Operations for Senator Orrin Hatch (Utah); as Controller for Surgi-Vision, Inc., a medical device start-up company; and as Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the Salt Lake-Tooele Applied Technology College.
