I am a single mother of three children. My maximum weight was 220 pounds at 5’’feet 2’’ inches tall when I was 20 years old. I never really had a weight problem till then, but my father and my aunt are obese, so it seems pretty hard to avoid genetically. By the time I got to 220, my life was very unhappy and miserable and my self esteem was completely gone. I found my self looking for a ways to get out of this over weight body. Trying to loose weight on my own was a failure experience.
