He is a member of the Bar in Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal and Third Circuits.
