Gali Girls Inc. is a Jewish doll company and children’s Judaica publisher, affording young Jewish girls the opportunity to incorporate positive Jewish values into their play time. Gali Girls delivers a variety of 18-inch Jewish dolls with Jewish accessories, a series of Jewish Historical fiction books, as well as clothes, toys and accessories for girls ages 4 and up.
Gali Girls offers 2 different lines of dolls: Modern Gali Girl dolls and Historical Gali Girl dolls. The Gali Girls Jewish History Series of books focus on the lives of young Jewish girls from different periods of Jewish history, educating readers about various Jewish communities throughout the ages and throughout the world. Books are recommended for ages 7 and up.
HISTORY
Gali Girls was founded in 2004 by sales professional and entrepreneur Aliza Stein of New Jersey. Upon visiting a local toy store chain, Stein became concerned by the growing number of dolls appearing on the shelves that were focused on fashion and beauty. Stein was “fascinated and horrified” by the way these dolls both reflected and perpetuated the current ‘tween culture, and became determined to create a solution that would allow girls to learn empowerment through positive values that were not contingent upon their physical appearance. Drawing upon her Jewish upbringing, and consulting with mothers from all denominations within the Jewish religion, Stein conceived of a doll that would be accompanied by Jewish accessories and books, but could also be dressed modestly while appealing to contemporary taste.
MODERN GALI GIRL DOLLS
Modern Gali Girl dolls come in 4 varieties. Each doll is characterized by her denim skirt and colorful shirt, matching Star-of-David bracelets (for doll and for owner), Hebrew/English name birth certificate, and 10-piece wooden toy Shabbat kit.
HISTORICAL GALI GIRL DOLLS
Historical Gali Girl dolls are dressed according to the periods in Jewish history that they represent, and come with accessories that are featured in their respective story books.

The Gali Girls Jewish History Series is the first of its kind, captivating and educating the young reader as he or she learns about Jewish communities throughout the ages and throughout the world. Read as heroines engage in fascinating adventures that impart knowledge about Jewish heritage, Jewish tradition, Jewish values, and Jewish family. Learn about the various cultures of nations around the world, spanning historical periods from the 1100's through the 20th century and today.
