It has been my priveledge and delight to have made beautiful and delicious wedding cakes for so many people since 1988.
The beauty of sharing the tradition of each guest partaking in the shared bites of the bride and groom is very sacred to me. The cake design should be a compliment to the beauty of the surroundings and the taste of the cake should be memorable and delightful. This balance is my goal and so each cake is made with great attention to color, texture and style, never rote, always with each bride in mind. My talented staff and I spend countless hours hand crafting flowers from sugar, tweaking and tinting so each one is perfect.
No less attention is paid to the baking of the cake. Not just a vehicle to support pretty flowers, each flavor combination is created to enhance your dining experience. We use only the best ingredients, baking each cake by hand, and never freezing.
