The winner of the Joe Williams GPA Scholarship, was Billy Bearden, Chief Probation Officer of the Lookout Mountain Circuit - he is currently attending Command College at Columbus State University and will be obtaining his Masters Degree in Public Administration. We are pleased to announce the first recipient of the First Annual GPA Scholarship Program, was Courtney Chestnutt, daughter of Drew Chestnutt, Chief Probation Officer of the Tift Circuit.
