FYBOND products are made from a unique combination of cellulose fiber (rice hulls) and re-engineered plastics, giving you a product that stands up to the rigors of the outdoors.
FYBOND's proprietary process shreds and disperses cellulose fibers (rice hulls because they retain less water than other cellulose products), which are then encapsulated by the plastic resin. The result is strong and durable product. Our innovation of I-Beam construction results in a rigid, light weight, and strong product. This helps to reduce labor cost and installation time, minimizes the problems of sagging and bouncing, and results in a cooler surface to walk barefoot on versus solid composite or plastic boards.
FYBOND exceeds standards in impact, denting, tensile strength and traction. Our technology for bonding polyethylene was developed for pallets that needing greater strength than decking. After we had perfected strength and durability for pallets we knew we had also perfected a great decking product.
