Freeshells.org is a free shell provider established in august of 2011. To date freeshells.org is solely funded and ran by its founder and owner. Freeshells.org mission is to provide what other free shell providers are not, a usable shell in a secure environment, with IRC access allowed. Freeshells.org as of 10/2011 has 1 server, and allows 2 background processes, 250mb space, irc access, ipv6, a website with php&mysql, irssi, bitchx, tmux, screen, a full development environment, and MUCH more. Freeshells.org runs the Freebsd 8.2 OS.
