I am not usually the type to publicly air gripes with a company or service, although Cox Communications of Las Vegas has pushed me this. I lost my job on February 5, 2009, and within days returned my cable and internet equipment, cancelled my service, and paid what I believed to be the final bill to a service representative at one of their offices. After two months, I found two automated payments to Cox Communications had been deducted from my checking account.
