A peruvian non profit organization of TV, Internet and radio communications youth professionals. Their investigation is oriented towards the promotion of the "integral message." This concept holds the view that information should go together with positive sensations that produce significant social changes. Frecuencia Primera was created in September 1976 by Sandro Parodi at the early age of 7 years old. Since then, Frecuencia Primera has been evolutioning and creating new methods of communication position. Frecuencia Primera's seeks to create a new generation of media people with an humanized tendence.
Frecuencia Primera appears first in mini sections inside other radio programmes, then with their own identity as a "bubble" inside other radios. Finally at the end of 2002 they release their own online radio station broadcasting 24 hours seven days.
