After some research we found that more than 80% of the calls people made to enquire about available holiday accommodation ended up being a waste of time. "Sorry we're booked already" was the usual reply. We felt that rather than have the owner put the phone down, it would be more useful to refer them to a service that maintained availability information for hundreds - or thousands - of properties. France One Call is that system. We manage the centralised database for 30+ Agencies and 1000s of private owners. When one of our members receives a call for a week that is already booked, they refer the caller to us. We then find an appropriate property that is available and pass on the contact details of the owner (the France One Call member).

In order to monitor the standard of our members properties, we ask everyone who stays in a France One Call property to complete a feed back form or "visitors book". It is based on this feed back that World One Call awards accreditations in the form of "globes". If you wish to fill out a visitor's book then use the form on the right to find the relevant property, and follow the instructions from there.
