It's easy for us to sit here saying that we offer superb customer service and go on about how much better we might be than everyone else. What's not easy is convincing you that we are better than any rival website - as there are quite a few!
Initally we need you to like our website, enjoy our graphics, product pictures and text. We do our best to achieve this and have spent more time than you'd believe trying to do so. The only way we can prove to you how good we are and how seriously we take customer care is by you putting us to the test. Once you've tried our service, the only way we know if we've met your expectation is by customer feedback - your feedback, that includes praise and moans.
Don't worry; the old guy on the right doesn't do our packing. He's our incense tester - and well, it looks like it's relaxed him! Ask him what he's been sniffing by clicking on him...(We reckon he's been on the Nag Champa!)
