FourM is an internationally active executive search agency specialising in the market of information and communication technology. We employ a team of researchers and consultants to fill high-level positions in the ICT field. Thanks to our good knowledge of the (job)market, our own research department and international collaboration, we enjoy a large number of long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike.
In addition to executive search, FourM also provides strategic policy support services in the form of business intelligence, benchmarking and partner search.
Managers are faced with the challenge of making and keeping an enterprise successful. FourM collaborates with client managers in taking on this challenge. In addition, we apply our own, exclusively 4M-model. Experience has proven that the 4M-model offers a clear structure in which the essence of both the organisation and the function are effectively brought into focus.
