About Founder's District
Founder's District has ~200 clubs in eastern Los Angeles county and Orange County. Both World Headquarters and Toastmasters Club #1 are here. Founder's District began operations on July 1, 1944. Prior to that, it was the Eastern Division of District 1.
The Mission of Founder's District
The mission of the District is to enhance the performance and extend the network of Clubs, thereby offering greater numbers of people the opportunity to benefit from the Toastmasters educational program by:
