About Mr. Sacks
Bernard R. Sacks has had an exciting and varied career. While he now is a practicing attorney, he previously worked as an engineer for the federal government. During that time he had been involved in eliminating water pollution in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Mr. Sacks devoted many hours to eliminate water pollution in Boston Harbor. He also worked on cleaning up Raritan Bay in New Jersey and industrial waste in the South Platte River in northeastern Colorado.
Mr. Sacks has Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in chemical engineering and a Doctor of Juris Prudence in law. He also has been very active in civic affairs.
Mr. Sacks never forgets that his primary responsibility is to his client. Caring for his clients has resulted in clients requesting him directly especially when other attorneys do not want to take their cases.
