Description
pH Solutions® is a 7-year-old company that has done extensive research to develop and patent unique, “safe acids," one of which is tradenamed pHL 100®. This acid has an extremely low pH (0.7) and is unique in that it does not harm human tissue; rather it has been shown to have great benefits to skin and tissue while still being harmful to pathogens, viruses, and bacteria. pHL 100® has diverse applications in many areas including cosmetics, health care, water treatment, agriculture and others.
The Company has patents in the United States (1996), Canada (2002) and Mexico (2003); has just been approved for patents in 17 European countries (2003) and in China (2003); and has a patent pending in Japan. The patents are based on the disassociation constant of acids. The patent embodies the form and method of blending strong and weak acids in a proprietary way.
