Matt & Rachel Setliffe began the process to adopt a baby girl from El Salvador in October, 2006. After 15 months of no progress in the program, they were given the option to change countries. After lots of prayer, they felt the Lord leading them to change their adoption to Ethiopia. Since the switch, God has given them a deep love and passion for the people and country of Ethiopia.
