- Born in the 1982, Fop is a company that demonstrates to be one of the most competitive manufactures in the Pet market. It has become in the course of the years an important worldwide presence in the field of Pet Products. His establishments are located in Lonigo, close to Vicenza, and Fop is jointed to the most important network of roads, getting easy to reach quickly the north-centre European market. Fop means applications of creativity and technology to plastic materials field, to realise articles that link new technology materials and new customer's needs. His design is a mix of quality and fantasy with a final original coulored and bright range of articles. Everybody in Fop works making attention of quality of the products and service to the customers, overall in the marketing and Research & Development departments, to forestall the new trend of the market. The new Quality control reduces production errors and the good managing of the warhouse permits to have a large range of articles always available to meet customer's demand. The Company can rely today on production facilities of 20.000 m2 in its main factory of Lonigo and of 6.000 m2 in the new premises of Roveredo di Guà. The enthusiasm, the full commitment and the desire to implement its growth, have taken Fop, in only a few years, to realize the hopes and the plans that are nowadays the goals of every solid business entreprise. Over the last years Fop has managed to achieve important goals, establishing a solid presence in the domestic and in the international markets. Up to 80% of its production is in fact exported, guaranteeing the expansion of the company in 40 Countries located in the 5 continents. In the course of twenty years, Fop has reached an annual throughput of approximately 450.000 cages and 500,000 finished products in plastic material, not including the complete range of accessories. The uninterrupted investment flow was always directed towards the achievement of a total product quality, allowing the Company to enlarge its offer and resulting in a great return in terms of customers satisfaction: the Moulding workshop was enlarged and is now equipped with twelve presses with a power from 60 to 1.000 tons, the Packing department was totally automated, the finished products Warehouse has been fitted with four cargo doors. All this investments together, along with the technological innovations and the introduction of a new computerized system, have remarkablly accelerated the production and delivery times. Thus it is possible for the customer to receive the ordered goods in a very short time. Fop has identified its main point of strength in the familiar organization that, together with its professionality and a customer-oriented vision, has succeeded to strengthen the relation with the marketplace by focusing on the product and service quality. Thanks to the great expertise and experience of a staff that is able to operate with competence, to face ambitious choices and to pursue a model of development aimed to meet the requirements of the home and international markets, Fop is expanding into a more and more wider scene.
