Frank McCaughan was bitten by the selling bug even before his first try on the auctioneer's rostrum at Ballycastle Livestock Market as a teenage schoolboy.
He vividly remembers the buzz & excitement of knocking down a sale. Then in adulthood, when he moved into real estate, that thrill of striking a deal stayed with him. A friendly chap, he is well known about the Country Antrim seaside town. From a farming family in nearby Armoy he attended both primary and secondary schools in Ballycastle.
On June 1st 2004 Frank McCaughan opened the doors of his own business after fronting one of the town's leading estate agencies for over eight years. Frank finally decided to go it alone and set up shop on Castle Street. The recently refurbished office has been specially designed to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for everyone, whether buying or selling.
