The SOAR Video Course is on ten DVDs. In the first set, Psychology of Flight Anxiety you will learn why flying is a problem and how you will regain control. The second set, How Flying Works helps you understand why you are safer on a modern airliner than doing your ordinary daily routine. The third set, The Control of Anxiety teaches you how to control anxiety and panic automatically. In the fourth set, At The Airport, you will see a group of volunteers interview a Maintenance Supervisor, visit a 747 cockpit, and learn how to takeoff and land a 747. This part of the SOAR Video Course then takes you on a familiarization flight in the cockpit, and in the cabin..
