Mr. Gunther served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of European American Bank and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of North Fork Bank. He also served as Managing Director of the Allied Group, one of the 50 largest insurance brokerages in the United States. In addition, Mr. Gunther has acted as a consultant to numerous banks and companies on debt restructure, mergers and acquisitions and raising both public and private equity and debt financing. He has successfully started several businesses and serves on the Board of Directors of several public companies.
Mr. Algeri began his career in the banking industry and spent the bulk of his career at GE Capital Corp. where he was a Senior Vice President in the Leasing Division. He also started and successfully ran a Commercial Finance Group for Reliance Bancorp. In addition, Mr. Algeri founded Franklin Credit and Leasing, which he sold to a public company. Mr. Algeri has consulted with companies on their real estate requirements, raising debt financing, restructuring their business practices and debt restructure.
