Charles Oertel
Charles has worked with computers for 20 years now (that's twenty years of different experience - not one year of experience twenty times). After several years as a student and doing theoretical and space physics research, he joined Andersen Consulting as an IT specialist where he was involved in the forefront of technology in business for ten years.
Charles was head-hunted to lead the IT department of inthebag.co.za (now part of Woolworths.co.za) as its CIO. Unfortunately the business was bought by Woolworths and all the staff retrenched in favour of Woolworths employees.
Since then, Charles has run FineBushPeople.net as a small consultancy, but has recently expanded his staff complement in order to give others the experience they might need to run their own businesses one day.
