On my travels I discovered a petition to save BF2 which came forth as Dice is planning to nerf "Squad Jumping" in the upcoming 1.3 patch. This is something new and this is the first time I've ever heard of this being a bug or an issue that needed to be addressed. But as usual, EA and Dice feel the need to nerf the great parts of the game and leave the bugs for us to continue to enjoy. I'm now calling BF2: Betafield 2.0: CTD (Crash to Desktop)
It's been very quiet lately at finc for various reasons. Some fincs are in a rut others are going through the school-work-hookers-coke addiction phase. And then there are some other fincs that are making movies.....
So now .. just letting you all know about our new server. It's a 16 slot public HL2 Deathmatch server .. AND ... it's showcasing our own finc.vanblam's custom map 24/7. If you have the game installed, or even if you don't .. you should still get in there and see what the map is about.
