To promote, develop and deliver the sport of fencing within Ontario, ensuring access to all, regardless of sex, race, national origin and social circumstances; to aid and guide the regional development of the sport, and to serve as liaison with the rest of the Canadian fencing community.
The Ontario Fencing Association (OFA) is committed to the promotion and delivery of the sport of fencing, a year-round, highly-disciplined activity based upon a high degree of physical fitness and technical skill, offering a socially-acceptable outlet for individual competitive instincts, particularly amongst the young, and combining the historic charm of an age-old combative activity with state-of-the-art electronics ensuring totally objective judgement of results.
