Description
Fellowship: (Koinonia, sharing) - We are a non-denominational fellowship of Physician Assistants and friends committed to putting our faith into action in service to the Great Physician.
We seek to share our faith, His strength, and our common concerns; to provide a network of support for Christian PA's; and to encourage members to let their lives demonstrate Christ's love in the home, in clinical practice, and within the profession.
At the 1981 conference of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), two PA's who love the Lord felt a calling to meet in prayer and fellowship. From that small beginning, FCPA has grown by word of mouth, with notices in the official AAPA journal, and through our newsletter. Today, our membership is over 2000 and still growing.
