After focusing on customer acquisition for only six months, Matt saw his real estate business expand to the point that he had to recruit agents to form a team. Within another year and a half, the local real estate team had outgrown the original company where it began. So in June 2004, exactly two years from its beginning, FavoriteAgent.com went from being a large real estate team within another firm to being its own standalone local real estate company. Now the FavoriteAgent.com Local Team has grown to 92 agents, making it the largest company in Fayetteville. Our plan is to expand to 120 agents, close 900 transactions this year, and own an impressive 11% market share. Not bad for less than three years!

FavoriteAgent.com Local Team is now located in our brand new 8000 square foot transaction center, complete with state- of-the-art technology and elegant offices. We have our own in-house mortgage company, and we do our own in-house closings. The facility incorporates the latest concepts of one-stop shopping and customer-centric offices. Our conference rooms can accommodate up to eight simultaneous client work areas or closings. Our agents are able to access our wireless broadband intranet, using their own laptop computers or one of our many agent computer when they arrive with clients. We have paperless document storage, and all of the standard real estate contracts are located on the agent computers. Our facility has agent work stations to accommodate hundreds of agents at one time. We have a strategic partnership with a firm that handles transaction management for our agents so that they can turn in a contract and forget about it.

Our company is continually recruiting new agents with agent splits of 90%, no office rent, and company-paid franchise fees.
