About Our Company
Family First Mortgage Corporation was founded on May 23, 1979 in Florida to meet the needs of borrowers who purchased homes through our residential construction company. In 1985, we began to focus on mortgage lending, not only for our construction company, but also for the entire community. We developed an excellent reputation with borrowers, realtors and builders.
Over the years we made the transition from Mortgage Broker to Mortgage Banker and grew our lending activities throughout Florida. In the late 1980’s we retired our construction company to concentrate on Mortgage Lending. There are now close to 300 branch offices nationwide.
Since 1979 Family First Mortgage Corp. offers the consumer a variety of products, which includes first and second mortgage on a purchase or refinance. The company offers residential and commercial mortgages and Jumbo loans. Fixed and adjustable term mortgages are available for your primary residence, vacation or second home, and investment properties.
