Delivery Damage If your order was damaged during delivery, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt. To contact us please e-mail us at customerservice@fairysupply.com.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you have 15 days to return or exchange any item. However, returned items must be new, in its original packaging and in unworn condition.
The full purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded by check. It takes approximately 10 - 15 business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.
