The company was incorporated in the State of Arizona in 1995. The first officers were Randall Sorensen (President) and Wesley Schultz (Secretary). Both officers brought extensive financial experience to the company. Specifically, the officers had both come from big eight accounting backgrounds. Mr. Sorensen worked for Coopers & Lybrand while Mr. Schultz worked for Touche Ross. After leaving Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Sorensen began his own accounting firm in November of 1987. During this time, Mr. Sorensen followed his Big Eight interest of forensic accounting. Mr. Sorensen's first expert witness testimony resulted in the Impeachment of then Governor Evan Mecham. Currently, Mr. Sorensen has provided his evaluations on over 1,200 BI and Commercial economic losses. Although Mr. Sorensen commits a large portion of his daily activities toward developing EZ DOC Discovery software, he still maintains an extensive expert witness caseload from the country’s top five insurance companies and law firms.
Mr. Wesley Schultz was the original Secretary of EZ DOC. Having been on the ground floor of the development and implementation of EZ DOC Discovery, Mr. Schultz continues to provide valuable financial consulting and guidance in company growth.
The next individual having a major impact on the development of EZ DOC software is Faraz Khan. Faraz has done an outstanding job creating the EZ DOC program and website. While having studied more than five computer languages as an undergraduate, Faraz easily mastered Microsoft Visual Basic which is used to develop the software. In addition to Visual Basic, Mr. Khan has utilized his knowledge of internet in creating the website you are currently visiting.
