- Why was EZcollegeApps created?
- Just this year my daughter applied to college and the process was a painful and tedious one. She wanted to apply to 8 colleges, and while the applications were available for download from the Internet, you then had to print them out and then fill them in by hand or by typewriter (if you had one or could find one to borrow). This process was time consuming and led to many errors that required the whole process to be repeated. You can’t erase mistakes on an application so you have to throw it out and start again. After a few mistakes, multiple rewrites, and terrible writer’s cramp, we decided to have them professionally typed (of course at the 11th hour). The typing service cost over $100 and the application still didn’t look perfect.
