- Some people dislike the use of Flash. Personally i prefer to deploy Flash whenever i get the chance. However Flash is a tool and you should not use a hammer to do a screw driver's job. Flash can be used on the Web to great effect, although more often it's misused. If done right it can add value as an element within an HTML designed page. Even though it's often viewed as such, it is definitely not a replacement for HTML. Frankly Flash extends way beyond the scope of web design. HTML and Flash are completely different technologies and for completely different situations.
