Richard Linington has a passion and curiosity for understanding the everyday life experiences of people - identifying how people interact with environments, technology, products and services.
By applying research techniques from the social sciences, and in particular anthropology, Richard identifies user needs, build models of the everyday life experiences of people and helps to create useful, usable, differentiated and desirable experiences. Remember someone just like Charlene or Jonathan are your customers.
Richard has held a number of roles where he has used his training as an anthropologist to understand the needs of people for companies such as the Design Council, Planning Solutions, Razorfish, BMP DDB and the Culture Lab. He has a Masters degree in the Sociology and Anthropology of Travel and Tourism.
