Ok, so the pc cards from sprint etc use sim cards right? So if you had a evdo capable phone with unlimited data service for phone as modem, could u put the sim card from that phone into an evdo pc card and still get service?

Sprint and Verizon CDMA phones do not use SIM cards. Nor do the EVDO data cards. Phones/data cards are locked to each carrier, generally speaking, by their ESN.
