Description
Background
Etcetera… opened in June 2001, on the site of Moreton's. The totally refurbished restaurant, kitchen and garden create an up-beat, licensed Brasserie reflecting the modern European style of food and wine.
Kevin & Yoshiko, who took over Etcetera in June of 2002, continue to try to move in the direction of their first restaurant 40°. The heart of 40°, aims to explore the boundaries of the culinary palate while providing competitive value for the guest.
