Essentially Me was created from my life of experiences and searching for answers when needing to look after my own health and the health of those around me - my loved ones who included children, an elderly mother and so on. Natural and alternative therapy I felt was the answer.
Enjoy my website and my products. I have spent untold hours researching and studying the many facets of aromatherapy, essential oils, herbal medicine and Australian Bush Flower Essences. Many hours have been spent perfecting our blends and gathering recipes from around the globe and researching alternative remedy solutions.
