J im's 25+ years background as a cooking teacher will give you exceptionally great food whether for the snack at your convenience where special and different savory and sweet dishes are served or at breakfast where again many imaginative dishes are prepared. Guests have been lavish in praise of the food and say, "not just pretty to look at, but even better to the taste". You will be interviewed as to your likes and dislikes in food. You may find your dish to be different from that of other guests being served...
D ianne has worked for many months on garden spots with numerous plants and shrubs that are visited by no less than two dozen different birds, many butterflies and other busy bees. As these develop you can sit in a garden spot just admiring the flora or you can find a quiet place to read or have a confidential tête-à-tête.
